The formal structure of the MCDM rank model is given and an overview of the most popular methods for determining the weight coefficients of criteria, methods for aggregating private attributes within the framework of the MCDM rank model is presented.
Aggregation of normalized attribute values transforms the original multi-criteria decision-making problem with different-sized and differently directed criteria to a one-dimensional problem of ranking alternatives in descending or ascending integrated performance indicator. A class of MCDM models is considered, in which the ranking of alternatives is performed based on the performance indicators of alternatives obtained by aggregating normalized attribute values.
